The guys called me and told me 2 of my caliber bolts were missing and one had came out and that was what made the awful noise. I didn't even need brake pads and rotors. It was fixed for under $100 dollars. Very honest of them to do that. I highly recommend their services if you want honest dependable people working on your car.
